Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated as early as October 2, 2007*.

A month ago the timeline date showed September 8, 2007. I was hoping she would be with me for Christmas. Does this mean she will not be here until the 4th of July next year? The timeline keeps changing but, not for the better.....Is anyone else concerned about this?

Keep in mind that it's an estimated adjudication date. With the fee increase happening at the end of the month, we may see faster or slower approvals from USCIS. *shrug*

The average number of days from NOA1 to when you receive your visa is 239 days for K1 visa, California service center and Embassy in Philippenes. Keep in mind this is only estimated from ones that fill in the timeline on vj. I would suggest familiarizing yourself with the timelines...they can give you good estimations.

I certainly hope you make it...would be great to spend Christmas with your fiance!!! Good Luck!

Yes, count me in as "concerned." In the span of just 3 weeks, our adjudication date has been pushed back an entire month. crying.gif I too, was hoping my fiance could be here in November. Still a possibility I suppose, but that's really pushing it at this point. Here's hoping they speed up again soon.

Ours was hovering around the 25th of July from the time we got NOA1. About the 3rd week of June it jumped to July 10th or there abouts. Now it's moved to August 8. sad.gif
Laura keeps telling me not to look at it. I'm practicing for being married though, and not listening to her. LOL

I can say I'm with the concerned crowd too. It just takes so long and the light at the end of the tunnel getting further and further away. I'm kinda hoping that now the employment based visas have reached their cap that it will speed up processing of other visa types.

The timelines are only as good as the members.

It takes very few members starting a timeline and then forgetting to fill in information and dates to slow down everyone's "estimates."

That said, they are fairly good indicators, plus or minus some days. Don't live or die by them however. As the service centers re-shuffle the distribution of applications yet again, I'm guessing filers in June, July, and for the next few months, might have some wonky timelines. Hopefully not too bad though.

It's frustrating, no doubt about it.

Yeah. Last week ours was saying the 23rd. On sat it jumped to Aug 5, now it's back to the Jul 25 for the last 2 days.
But looking at "similar timelines" (same country, same service center) they are averaging 90 or so days from NOA1 to approval. So I'm hoping our estimated date is close. Though the trending charts show the times getting progressively longer in the past month.

Mine has stayed on August 7th for about the past month.

I do not think that opening a timeline and then forgetting to keep it updated has any bearing on the stats. What does seem to influence is when a member does in fact update a timeline, as then the system has a new discreet datapoint to consider.
