My husband (applicant) and I (US citizen) have no crimial backgrounds
We dont have any Level 1 or 2 arguments

Level 3 arguments
(A) I am the primary caregiver (mother) for my 2 children from a prior relationship and the children's other parent will not allow you to take the children out of the country. They need to say in USA schools. My 2 children will be destraught and in great heartache if I didnt return soon to them in USA, AND the children have formed an emotional attachment to my new husband.

(B)Husband and i want to have children in the future (but are not currently pregnant) and the im getting older.

***© I have been diagnosed by a licensed psychologist/psychiatrist in the USA with clinical depression due to my spouse's immigration problems and was separated for 2 years. Now currently in Egypt. Not currently seeing a doctor now and not taking any medications due to trying to concieve.***

(D) I (US citizen) can only get low paying jobs due to education level & unable to attend a college or vocational school due to defaulted loan in 1992 which makes me not qualified for any finanical assistance.

(E) My spouse's country has a very bad economy. (Egypt) & he would be making alot more money in the USA to support the family, because of his knowledge & is certified of electronics & computers.

Level 4 arguments
(A) I have debts I wouldn't be able to pay if I moved abroad.

Make sure you prove each and every hardship that you claim i.e. prove that your ex won't let the kids out of the country. It doesn't matter if you say they need to stay in USA schools -- you need to prove the poor quality of the Egyptian education system and provide evidence. If you were diagnosed with depression you will need to show doctor's letters with a diagnosis. On that note, I would also provide detailed information about the low quality of the Egyptian medical system vs. the US, and anything you can get from your Dr. that indicates clearly that your medical condition would be better served in the US than Eygpt will be helpful.

Prove the information about the economy. How it relates to him making more money is not important - the hardship is to you, the USC. Prove that you will not be able to work there - the unemployment rate, job availability in your field, language issues, etc. I would add information about financial hardships and prove your financial situation -- show evidence that you will be without medical insurance and prove that you will be walking away from your retirement savings and future social security earnings.
