I just wanna ask, how much is the new immigrant visa (IR1) fee bill thru NVC application that will take effect on July 30 ?

I am done with this already but I am asking for my cousin...i actually checked it on USCIS but i can't seem to find the one for the IV application fee...pardon me = (

When you click the I-130 link on the USCIS forms page of the website, it gives the new fee, right before the link to download the form; it's $355: http://www.uscis.gov/i-130

yes, that is for the filing fee right (I-130)..
how about the IV fee bill at NVC, will it change too?
from $380-_____???

We may have to wait and see on that one. I haven't seen anything about this fee increasing.

From my understanding the USCIS will be raising fees. HOWEVER, The NVC (Dept. of State) is a separate entity and no rate increased have been announced.

That is correct. The IV fee bill is remaining the same for now.

So far, the IV Fee bill will be the same. Only USCIS is increasing fees from July 30, not the NVC.
