I mailed my I130 application back early June, they cased my check for the 190$, but I havent received my notice in the mail yet, they cashed the check June 14th, now its 11 July??? Any idea on how long?

I remember when I sent in the I-130 for my husband it took about a month for me to get the receipt. I am not sure if this is affecting you, but there is a note that the CSC has been experiencing delays with mailing out receipts. Maybe you are in the batch. I am sure you will hear something soon.
