one of the vjer's worry too much about her adjudicate time for it keeps on moving to another date. Does she really need to be worry about it? I guess adjudicating time move depending on the timeline processing of the service center...Am I right? anyone knows more reason why it keeps on moving?

It is just a timeline that does the math from all the statistics on here.So sometimes it will go up and down that is no need to worry.
I got my NOA2 3 weeks earlier than the estimated time,some people get it later.Dont let the statistics worry you on here.

visa journey is trying to balance the projection of movement of transactions in each service center. and they can only do this by taking the average days on the actual updates of other applicants (or the actual result of the each service center provided)..
thats why adjudicate time is also a good reference if you're doing your own time projection.
