i got a conditional greencard now divorce earlier than 2 yrs, is anychance for me to still get a greencard? how do i do the next step ? thank you for your time

I dont think you can lift the conditions on your own unless you have evidence of being abused... and you can show you entered into the marriage in good faith...

I would seek legal advice on how you should procced...

Actually, since you already have your conditional green card, you can apply for lifting of conditions on your own as soon as you get your divorce decree. You do not have to wait for 90 days before your conditional GC expires.

You have to send evidence that your marriage was entered in good faith and that you and your spouse had a co-mingled life prior to the divorce.
