My wife sent an email to the NVC on the day the DS-3032 form had been mailed to her. She used the instructions at the State Department website about sending email inquiries and otherwise simply took over the words from the form. Below I reproduce FYI the template she used which worked fine. No need to write a lengthy explanation why one is sending the email. Don't forget to include the case number in the subject line. Do not send the actual form later on; this would only lead to confusion.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for respons.

In otherwords by just sending the an email with above templet and without any attachment of scaned DS-3032.
Email content will work as DS-3032.

Thanks again

The choice of agent email will suffice it. You don't need to send the DS 3032 form by postal mail.

Thank You All,

I have another question, Once I will be getting all the mail. When I will get DS-230 and where it is says Applicant Signature. I belive it has to be signed by my wife (beneficiary). As she apointed me as Agent do I have to sign that page or my wife. or i can do file out DS-230 and send to my wife by the mail and get back through mail and when I DS-230 comes in the mail from NVC and send it them that filled out DS-230. I am sorry for such silly question because i never done any kind of immigration paper work.

She signs it. The whole idea of the shortcuts is to get the forms ready ahead of time. She can do it now and mail it to you.

Asif, Yes, your wife (beneficiary) needs to sign the DS 230 part I. You can fill it out for her and send it to her, have her sign and return to you. Later, you can date it before you send it to NVC. If you want to prepare DS 230 part II (she will need it in the Embassy in Pakistan), make sure she does not sign part II. The consular officer will ask her to sign DS 230 part II during the interview. So ask her to leave the DS 230 part II signature area blank. You will need DS 230 part II only for the Embassy, therefore, you don't send part II to NVC.
