I just sent back packet 3 form DS230 today July the 10th and it will be there on the 14th.Do you think there is a chance I would have the interveiw in august ?

They schedule the interviews for the following lmonth on the second week of the month. So August interviews will be scheduled by July 14th. If they don't recieve your ds-230 until the 14 of July you probably shouldn't plan on an interview in August. More likely it will be September.
