Hi
I emailed a question to NVC a week ago about the AOS bill fee and haven't received an answer yet. Now they've generated my DS 3032 and the AOS bill and I need to get an answer before I sent them any moola. Should I just forget waiting for an email and phone someone?

It seems like they're really backed up now but they usually answer their e-mails. It doesn't hurt to give them a call either.

I would give them a call. A few months ago, I emailed them and got a response within a few days, but lately I have not gotten a response via email.

Thanks! I called and actually didn't have to wait long to get a real person and an answer!

Call them and talk with someone. They usually reply emails. But if you emailed them about AOS fee bill before it is generated, then they may not answer it.

Good point! I did call them the other day (see my above post) and they answered my question. However, by then my AOS fee had been generated. I'm not sure the answer I got was very accurate as the guy I spoke to seemed clueless about the AOS waiver form, but I'm going to send it in and if they don't like it I'm sure they'll let me know!
