So who is right? I guess USCIS---received the NOA1 on April 10th of this year. So that is only 90 days and according to VJ timeline for Calif it is 115 days? What do you think about that?

I just called the USCIS and they say my K1 is only in the 90th day of processing. On VJ it says 100th day. So who is right? I guess USCIS---received the NOA1 on April 10th of this year. So that is only 90 days and according to
VJ timeline for Calif it is 115 days? What do you think about that?

USCIS is holding the cards so I guess you have to go with them. Hopefully your approval will come soon. Good luck
