My boyfriend is in Virginia and has been staying there for past 2 years or so.We have been in relationship for like 7 years.I m an indian.we are unmarried
Can somebody advise if this option of Direct Consular filing will be applicable to us or do we have to go thru k1/k3.

DCF is only for married USC that resides outside US. If you are not married and your fiance lives in the States, the only way is K1 route.
