Hi Folks,

Thank you to those people who gave me advised here before. I have an additional question which I would like to ask...Since I had already my greencard and the NVC sent me a form for the CHOICE OF ADDRESS AND AGENT and I replied to their letter that I had already my greencard. My husband just received a forms from the NVC stating that he should pay 70$ for the AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT FEE BILL for the processing of my visa. Is it still necessary that he will pay the 70$ eventhough I have written to the NVC that I have a greencard? Any help will be highly appreciated.

What process are you going through? Can you fill out your timline? Who is the petitioner and who is the beneficiary?

I think she received a K3 and now the NVC is processing her I-130.
