Daniel and Luciana

I was approved almost 3 weeks ago, and have already been to and left NVC. I still do not have the NOA 2 hardcopy, and I was wondering what the process is to get it. Does anyone know if their is a formal process or other way such as RFE trick to get through to CSC to request it?
Thank you for any advice,
Daniel

If your hard copy does not arrive in the mail, you will have to apply and pay for a duplicate copy, you will need it to complete the AOS process after you are married.

Daniel, you need to contact CSC because that is not your fault that you don't have one - and you WILL need it for Luciana's AOS.

We're also still waiting.... We were approved end of May... My fiancee called last week and they said that they would send it again, hope it arrives this week. It apparently happens all the time, USCIS doesn't seem to be a very professional place

I had the same problem as you and finally received my hard copy last week. I called the CSC and didn't give them a chance to give me any of their BS or to claim I lost it. I called and explained that I had a letter from the NVC stating my I-129 was approved and that I was also looking at a USCIS website that said I was still pending. When they started to talk I politely interupted and said that I need the NOA2 for the AOS process and could I speak to someone in charge to gett this problem corrected immediately. They said they would put in a request to fix the problem and have my copy sent out within 30 days. I received my NOA2 12 days later. I think if you come at them with all the info you have and you are firm and polite, you should get what you need. Good luck.
