our K1 fiance visa is now in Montreal. Do anyone know if it is possible to transfer file? If so, what are the terms?

you have to move to Vancouver and have an address there obviously....

Yup.. 2 people tried and were refused transfer. The only way they would transfer the file is if you moved to Vancouver. Again both Montreal and Vancouver must be willing to do the transfer.

With the reports we are getting from the two consulates, I highly doubt that transfers of any kind will be allowed this summer, or if at all anymore.
