Hi all,

I have a few quick question this might have been asked before but I can;t seem to put my mouse on the answer at this moment.

I am finally sending the I130 on Saturday, and I remember reading on the USIC website that the receive the least amount of mailings on Tues-Thursday:

What is the best way for me to send this package so they can definateky get it for one of those days?

Should I change from sending it on Saturday?

When I send out the I130 all I need to get to send of the I129F is the NAO1, right? or do I have to wait until the I130 is approved?

......................Yes you need to send a copy of the I-130 NOA1 with your I-129F papers!

IT WAS DELIVERED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I JUST GOTTA WAIT ON THE NAO1.

I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT THE I129F-when filling it out, how do I answerd question 10, I am a naturalized USC. Do I put mycheck naturalized and put my number # and then put the number again where it ask fo rit -even though it coresponds with the parent section?
