Hi There,

I need to file my husbands 751 before August 8th. Could someone please email me at neat1s@hotmail.com and explain the steps to me and all required information. I have the application form, all our bills in both names, copies of driver's licenses, copies of property papers purchased together, pictures, lease paperwork, etc. Thanks in advance.

I am pretty sure you'd get complete information from the guides. Click on the tab at the top and look for the one for removing conditions!

Look on the USCis website. Under forms look for I-751 and you will see the form with the instructions. Follow the instruction and you will be all set. More questions regarding that form, you will find here stuff as "what to filed" or format of an affidavit".
