Just wanted to give a big thumbs up to the Nebraska Service Center. If anyone is anxious as to waiting times, I can tell you mine was PHENOMENAL. Sent in my I-751 packet for Removal of Conditions by certified mail on June 11. Check was cashed on June 18 and I received my receipt notice and my NOA (with biometrics appointment in Seattle) in the mail on the same day, July 1st. My appointment is scheduled for July 20th. I cannot believe how fast this has been. I thought a 39 day turnaround from sending the packet off to having completed biometrics was unheard of. What a nice end to this long and sometimes frustrating process!!! Good luck to all of you out there and I hope your experience is as positive as mine has mostly been.

Yeah they have been moving.. Goodluck on the process!! I'm also in the Seattle area and my wife got her 10 year on the 2nd of July. Here is her timeline:
