I have a question. After my love and I marry in Egypt what is my next step? Can i fill papers for my husband in egypt, or will i need to return to the states, then do the paper work? please help?

If you have all the proper documentation for the K3 (I am assuming that's what you'll be filing) you can send it from abroad, but remember you'll need a US address for the process.

you have both options .. you can file CR1 directly from Cairo OR you can file for K3 from the states .
one positive thing about filing in Cairo .. the pettition gets approved the same day , well most likely

If you file for a K1 visa (fiancée) you cannot marry in Egypt, the marriage needs to take place in the USA. If you do get married in Egypt, then you will have to come back and file for either a K3 visa (spouse) or a CR1 which is also for spouse but a bit slower than the K3.
