Another touched today.. Are they working on July 4th? I don't think so.. I got a touched yesterday July 3rd and today I got touched again.. case still pending.. no mails.. nothing.. waaaaa.. I can't take this anymore.. JUST SEND ME THE NOA2 huhuhuhu...
hi! i suggest you better call csc. we might have the same case.
ours was touched 4 times and we never received anything, emails or mail.
but when we called yesterday we were approved after the first touched. and when we check online, status is still case received and pending. there might be something wrong with their system. so better call them.

i have called a couple of day ago already and I don't know if I will be connected this time to someone who really works for CSC not just some call center who only sees what I see online when i check my status..
Call them! Use the RFE trick!!
