This waiting period is just not healthy. I know that I just filed my application recently, but I am so worried and anxious. I check my email and the website every single day. Sometimes or shall I say many times, I check multiple times a day. I wish there was another way to expedite this process. It is so hard being away from the person that you love so much. Lucky for me, I will be visiting my fiance soon in about five weeks. I am hoping that before my trip, I receive my NOA2. Please is there anyone that applied around the last week of May to the Vermont service center that has received an NOA2? Let me know....
You are lucky one as you applied via VSC... we did via CSC and it took ages... and it is 16 days already after NOA-2 and our petition still wasn't sent to NVC... Why? There are so many whys ... and anyway you will see him very soon... for example I haven't seen my Fiance 4 months already, and will not see him another 4 months... so don't worry.. be happy 
). I've been waiting about 8 weeks for my NOA2 and will probably be waiting a month or so longer. There are some who have been waiting even longer than that. VSC had a dry spell for awhile, though, so once that clears up you should be on your way.
