My I-129F was touched on Saturday. When I called CSC (RFE prompts 1,2,2,4,1) I was told that I had been approved (NOA 2) on June 21 (Summer Solstice). Then she told me that it had been sent to NVC. This makes sense since my last touch was on a Saturday and most people dont work on Saturdays, but the mail man (or woman) does. So I have a theory that Saturday touches are when petitions get mailed. Can anyone confirm or deny this theory?

So you got your NOA2???
I'm so happy for you two. My husband knows your fiance - she helped him get his medical exams done in Manaus.
