My current income falls slightly below the 125% poverty line for my household size.

I have documentation of court ordered child support that my daughter's father is supposed to pay; however, he is behind in the payments.

Will I be able to use the documentation of the court ordered child support as a source of income to meet and exceed the 125% poverty line even though he is not current on his payments or will I be asked to supply payment evidence as well?

Really what I'm getting at is whether or not the documentation alone will suffice as income or will the embassy only look at what he has actually paid to determine if it is enough to reach and/or exceed the 125% poverty line?

Thanks, in advance, for any help anyone can provide.
