When the cheques are written out for the fee for lifting conditions, I don't remember from last time, but do you write two cheques out, one for the application and the other for the biometrics fee?

Julie, I just sent the one cheque and it was accepted and cashed. I know others have sent it seperate but your going through Vermont like me, so it should be fine.
