hi guys! we successfully get thru talking to a customer representative on csc. we were approved june 22nd. but if we check online, our case is still received and pending. we already have 4 touches so were really suspecting that we were approved. and we are right, we were approved right after the first touch.
so for those who got many touches and haven't received the approval yet, i suggest that you call the csc and talk to a representative.

Yes that is the number. The same thing happened to me where the computer is not updated, but had been approved, apparently, June 13th!. Good Luck!
Another way to find out, if after being approved by CSC, if your file has been received by NVC is call NVC at 603-334-0700. Prompts 1-1-1-4-1 and enter your CSC receipt number.

There is no direct CSC phonenumber,if you have to call them then your calling the direct USCIS.

but just have only 1 touch on apr 26.
