Well,

finally Im just about to file my AOS, my question is, what happens next? Im here as F1, after I filed, do I have to keep my status as a full time student until I get my AOS approved?? or when that "keeping status" finish???

Thanks.

Once you have your recept you are adjusting status.

You do not need to keep F status up, but might be useful.

It would be useful to keep because when you do AOS from anything other than immigrant visas the process is watched more closely. If you maintain f-1 status you're showing the immigration officer that your initial intent, which was to study, is still important to you. Ultimately, if you can not remain in f-1 status, you should wait until you have your NOA. But on a side note, don't you want to get your degree?
