Hi guys..just wanna know your experiences with calling USCIS and doing the RFE trick... does it hurt your case especially if you call often or a lot? Thanks..I am still waiting for my NOA2.. I do pray that I get it this week..

Call them already!!!!! You will not penalized for calling. Just explain that you have several touches and wanted to know what's up. Good luck!

I literally just called. I have no touches so all I got was, "We're working on cases from December so you'll have to wait 6 months." I politely thanked them for the canned response, the same I got two weeks ago. The only downside to calling is about 15 minutes out of your life...

We sent off our form back in April and haven't heard anything back yet. My fiance and I actually live together in Ireland, so we sent everything off from here.

My finace called the USCIS a few weeks back and the lady he spoke to was absolutely awful to him. That put him off calling them again. I called them a few days later and spoke to two really nice, helpful people. They couldn't give me much info as my fiance was not able to come onto the line at that time, but they said that we can call back any time and they will be more than happy to help.

My fiance is concerned about calling them again, however, incase it affects our petition. Others have said that it won't but we're still a little concerend.

I'd say give them a call and let us know what happens.

I wouldnt call every day, but I dont see how calling occasionally would hurt your case. I only had to call once though

i called n talked to sum1 not helpful..she said that nothing has changed n wait 30 days to call again..thats how long they'll look at it again..my estimated adjudicated date based including this site n my timeline is july 8...it is so hard but im praying hard for this..wish s all luck

I think you should just call using the "RFE trick" and even if you get a canned response, at least you tried to do something. I don't think it will hurt anything. My NOA1 date is 04/10 and I haven't got a touch since 04/12, and you've already gotten 4 touches! Do call them, and let us know how it went..
