Well our noa2 hard copy arrived Saturday. The uscis website still shows "pending" but that no longer matters. The date of approval was 3 days before the first of 2 touches showed up on the website. Before I got the noa2 hard copy I saw 3 more touches 6 weeks after the original 2 touches and approval.
I did call my congressman and ask him to help me get the hard copy. I have no idea if it helped.
