Hey guys,

Im new on this so Im just starting my process, I like to know if somebody has tried the follow to join procedure. Well my case is that I have been waiting for 6 years (preference date 17 sept 2000) for my LPR throght family (Resident parents), Meanwhile I have been waiting to get married because its not preference to married sons of residents.
Well now my father is becoming citizen and Im having an upgrade on my application. Finally Visa Number its availible for me. But it seems like if I receive my LPR, I will have to apply for a new I-130 for my fiancee and It will take another 6 or more years for her. Now If I get married before I became a LPR, she could join me after I receive my LPR, but then I will become a Married son of a citizen and I will jump to another preference again... then other 3 or more years of waiting. We cant affort 3 more years waiting.

I dont have to add that has been impossible to get any type of visa for her F1, B1/B2...

Do somebody know any way to avoid this? or its the only way to bring her sooner??? Any ideas??

Thanks for your reply. Well for a H visa, we need an employer, most employers doesnt want to get in the trouble of bringing somebody overseas... L Visa what is that??

We are just looking a different approach of the situation, legally.
