Full Version: Another CSC success story

The process went very smooth for my wife and I (she's the one who required removal of conditions; I'm a U.S. citizen).

Our timeline:

04/27/07 - I-751 form submitted, including 2005 and 2006 jointly filed tax returns, another tax document that had both of our names on it, copies of our W-2 forms for 2005 and 2006, showing they were coming to the same address, a statement from our joint savings and checking accounts, evidence that my wife is the primary beneficiary on my 401(k) and life insurance, copies of airplane ticket stubs showing us traveling together in 2006 and earlier this year, copies of some photos of us together and with friends, and affidavits from two friends (we had them notarized because it was relatively easy for us to do so).

05/01/07 - CSC receives our form.

05/15/07 - NOA sent.

05/16/07 - Check cashed.

05/21/07 - Biometrics appointment notice sent.

06/09/07 - Biometrics taken at service center in Riverside, CA

06/22/07 - Card production ordered. (Found this out through checking the USCIS Web site. I was signed up to receive e-mail notification of actions on our case, and had received them in the past. Don't know why they never sent anything on this; maybe they typically don't.)

06/29/07 - Green card signifying a permanent U.S. resident without conditions arrives. kicking.gif

Next stop, citizernship! Good luck to everybody and hang in there.
