I realize that this may create a stir or I might get flamed over it, but I just cannot understand when someone goes through all of the hassle, pain, cost and misery of waiting for this process to be completed and their "fiance/fiancee" has to spend time with their "family". They come here to marry, they can travel ANYTIME once they get to you, but now they want to stay with their family for a couple of weeks? I could say alot more but I'll stop here.

In any case you deserve the congrats!

Good Luck.

Well it was a big decision. However we decided it because he has not seen his brother in about ten years. Once he is here i wont let him go from me... Money is another factor we are struggling with that right now to just have enuf to file before the fees go up. Its only two weeks and his brother is in NY anyway so its ok. I understand ur point but I think its good now when he comes we will get on with our lifes.. Thanks

kicking.gif kicking.gif Huge CONGRATULATIONS to both of you! kicking.gif kicking.gif After so long you will finally be together! biggrin.gif

Three hours is too long for POE ranting33va.gif , even my guy who had a hard time, got out in less than an hour.

And I agree completely it is best for him to see his brother first, get that out of the way so he can settle down with you and find a job immediately. Later on he will not have time to spare to go vacation with his brother, they will then try to keep him there longer when it is not possible!

Wishing you all the best, have fun preparing for these 2 weeks and getting that AOS in before the fees increase!! yes.gif good.gif
