Arrived in Stoon yesterday with ease, whewww. And I can honestly say Tim Hortons here in the Free world is soooooo much better than the USA Tim hortons!! Not even close, at least with the Tim Hortons in the RI area.
Loving the Stoon weather, far less humidity and cooler, whewwww. I might not return to DC,lol

It smells like coffee around here

The weather has been brutal in DC for the past few days! Rained last night and is now supposed to be cooler through the 4th, but still seems humid to me. Might have to go to Canada soon ourselves!

Enjoy home and all the Tim's you can stomach! I know you say it's not the same, but D brought home some canned Tim's from the Embassy and is currently in heaven himself, lol.

I'm goin' home in 19 days and expect one of my first stops (as always) will be Tim's for coffee and donut (diet be damned!).

Except I'll be leaving the relatively un-humid western North Carolina foothills for the stuffy can't breathe humidity of Toronto. And I have to take the bus from the airport because nobody can come to pick me up

Flames...did you fly into S'toon or drive? Just asking cause chances are you if you drove you would have passed my little town en route. Closest Timmies to me is in Estevan. Don't pass that place too often without stopping.

I flew!! I was thinking of driving up, but according to mapquest it was like a 35 hr drive (1 way)!!! Thought it may fun, just me and my dog!! But with gas prices, and 35 hrs is a lot of driving!! Instead dropped off the dog in RI and flew!!

I agree it would have been a very long drive. Some folks don't mind the drive though. Clears their head and enjoy the driving. Personally I love to fly.
