Finally I am going to send all the papers to Frankfurt....
Is it still $190? Do I need to put German stamps in the envelope? (4.50 Euro)?

I think it is still $190.00 but you should check the Frankfurt Consulate's web site to be sure......You send your package from the german post office, certified mail with signature delivery, so you will receive back that the embassy got your package ...no personal checks be careful please

When this was posted, the fee was still $190. I'm a bit confused by this being bumped - I was about to comment to say to MayDayDas that the fees are the same everywhere, but then I saw the post was from June.
