Before i was a MAY filer, but my FIANCE forgot to sign something...so we need no resend our application... but i hope this time its more easier to recieve NOA1 since he forward it in CSC not in NSC anymore!!!

I'm not sure if this is going to slow your petition down any but your fiance should forward it to the NSC which will then forward it on to the CSC. I don't think you are supposed to send it straight to the CSC.

It's sounds like it was sent back because of the signature issue. They may have instructed them to send it back to CSC
