I am Czech citizen married to USC. We going through DCF in Prague Embassy. Since I studied in Sydney I need to get police certificates from Australia. Which one should I get? The one with fingerprints?
Do I need to get Apostille?

Scroll down to the Australian Capital Territory. This is where you will have to go through.

Since both the USA and Australia are part of the Hague Convention, you should not need Apostille.
You need the police certificate with fingerprints for a visa. You can get the form here:
