hello every body can you help me about the waiver coz i just got letter from embassy that my son approve to waiver last june 15 2007 but they need another document .. can u tell me why they need additional document if they approve the waiver ?? and after we send the additional document they ask what gonna happen ?? you think they send the visa and the passport to my son ?? help me pls coz i dont understand at all

may i ask why he needed a waiver??? overstay or criminal convictions?? if convictions, how long ago?? how long did it take for your waiver to be approved?
