I registered with the USCIS site and found that my petition was received on June 12 at the CSC. The portfolio states that I was mailed a letter of notification at that point, but I still have not received it in the mail. It has only been 2 weeks since that date on the site. Is this normal right now or should I contact USCIS? Thanks again for all the help:)

Since you have your case number the hardcopy of the NOA1 is really meaningless

Yup... the only thing you'd really need the NOA1 for is so you can get your receipt number and check for status updates... otherwise, the only purpose it serves is to confirm that USCIS has received your petition. You KNOW they've received it if you know the case number, so... I wouldn't worry about it.
