OK I GET IT !!!! i guess not i really dont understand all that k1 k3 talk so i just wanted to know if there are any ppl out there that share my problems
Yes.... me!!! Have had change of status i485 in for a few weeks...... had biometrics appointment last week..... just eagerly waiting for an interview now.
We're in that AOS stage - but my husband came in on the K1.

sue when i put my aos in last may, did my bio in aug 06, got my work permit in step 06 and i got my interveiw letter may07 still pending why is evveryone else is going so fast????? the only form i know is i797 and no one else seems to be talking about that????
