Praise God! Teddy's visa was approved this morning!!!!!

Yes! Now I finally get to buy his plane ticket.

His interview went well but was a little strange. The lady was only interested in our e-mails. She asked him 5 questions. One of which was, "where (city) does your fiance go to school?" He answered correctly, "Nashville". And she said no, Washington DC. So he was like, "I don't know what to tell you but I know she goes to school in Nashville." Then she approved him. I guess it was a test....lol.

He was the first to arrive at the embassy for the fiance visa process, but the last to leave.

I think I'm going to be off the wall all day today!

Congratulations on your great news. Interesting that the consular officer will try to trip your partner on what state you're attending school. That's so wrong. I’ll bet it has to do with your country of origin. Anyway, once more I congratulate you guys on a successful journey and all the best going 4ward!!!:dance:

Thank you for all of the messages! Today has been a long but very happy day. I've been awake for like 20 hours now.

I'm just so excited! Teddy was told to come back to the embassy on Thursday to pick up his visa and passport. I can't believe this part is almost over! Thank you so much for all of your support and encouragement! I can't imagine going making it this far without my VJ friends.
