I recieved a letter from the State Department that says that they have received my approved I-129F. They will be forwarding the petition to Montreal(my consulate) within 1 week.

Only one small problem.... I never received NOA2 from CSC and their website still lists it as pending and last updated on June 5. I'm not really sure where I am in the process since I seem to have missed some steps.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks

I would follow-up with them about a missing NOA2 becuase when you file for AOS, you need it!

a missing NOA2 could cost you $200. Call USCIS!

Thanks for the warning. I took your advice and contacted USCIS.

I have this problem. You have to bug them A LOT in order to get them to send it. They keep saying they have sent mine, but I still haven't gotten it.
