Ok here is my question i hear alot of people talking about receiving their packet 3 from the embassy it already stated when her medical is which is on july 17th and her interview is on august 4th she has already does she have to fax or mail these forms back to the embassy or can she just bring them in on her interview date. Help we have go to far to screw this up now

First , those in the Philippines receive packet 4. She also has to fill out the forms on line,and when she prints them, she brings a copy with her. I thinkyou should read Sheriff Ulings guide.
