We sent our petition on june 22 . how long time to recive NOA1 to track our case online?
i guess who sent thier petitions in begaining of june maybe have idea about that

Everyone is different, but it took ours about 3 weeks from mailing to the Nebraska Service Center to it being transferred to California and check being cashed.

You mean that we will recive NOA1 from CSC not from NSC ?

That is exactly what it means since CSC and VSC are the only two servie centers doing I-129F's

so, i did read more posts about knowing the case number from the Check which we sent with our petition after they cash it ..How can we do that in case if we didnt recive NOA1 ?

Some US banks offer the facility to view your cashed cheque on-line. If you don't have internet banking then you could visit the branch and ask them to print a copy of the image for you.

We are using the Cairo Embassy as well in Egypt. Would love to stay in contact through this journey. Anyways, we sent off our K1 papers on June 13th. They signed for it on June 18th and I just recieved my NOA1 today in the mail. Took 3-4 days for my canceled check to show onlline after they recieved it. But we are going through Vermont Service Center...and I understand they are a bit faster. Keep an eye out for the cancelled check. On the back is a number starting with EAC. Hope this gives a bit of light. It shouldn't be to long to get it.

Unfortunately I Just called USCIS, according to my case I-129f .. They said it takes 6 month of processing..!

The timelines on this site are more accurate. USCIS just give a standard answer. The cases transferred to CSC have a case number beginning with WAC on the back of the cheque.

I'm just starting out too. We just mailed our I-129f from the UK last week....not expecting it to make it's way to NSC until end of this week...UK postal service not known for it's speedy efficiency!!!!!

I mailed our I129F to Nebraska on 5/24, received 5/25---NOA1 on June 11. Haven't received the hard copy yet, but we had one touch on 6/13 so I'm thinkin' its on its way---and yes, our petition is in California

i would love to keep posting in this topic , like this we can track clearly and help eachother with any new .
