What (if any) supporting documents need to be sent with an EFiled EAD renewal ?
Look under Part 3 Required Documentation in the instructions. I will check again when I get home but he sent a copy of the front and back of the old EAD, the E-file reciept with the case number on it, passport pics, and I will check the rest. Be sure to send it to the address on the reciept you will get when you pay online. Also as soon as you get the reciept online call and make your biometrics appt. He had that within 2 days of applying and he got his renewal EAD cardback within about 60 days.

I have to do biometrics again ? Have my fingerprints changed ?

Yep you have to go get that thumb done again, you never know when someone will change thumbs 
. It didn't cost anything but it was a 4 hours round trip driving to get it done. We laughed cause everything we do with the USCIS requires 2 more passport pics.
