My husband is a USC and i am from the land of Australia. We are looking at moving back to the US in 2yrs. Hubby would of been here for 7yrs by then and we want to try living in the US. OUr kids will be 6yrs, 2.5yrs & 1yr. I am after any information on making the move easier for the kids, especially our 6yr old who is used to everything here and her dotting grandparents and aunties and uncles.

We will be moving near my husbands family, and he'll have a job when he arrives.

Any advise, info on the move would be great. How did your kids adjust etc.

Thanks
Emerald

Your two youngest kids are too young to be likely to be badly affected by the change, or even to really realise what's going on. Young children are VERY flexible creatures when it comes to next experiences and new places - they may be freaked out at first, but pretty soon they'll be at home in the US and even 'talking Yank' tongue.gif
