regarding vaccination, does your significant other have all their records for the vaccination? if not what are you going to do? or what did you do?
do you have to have all these shots?

-- mumps
-- measles
-- rubella
-- polio
-- tetanus and diphtheria toxoids
-- pertussis
-- influenzae type b (Hib)
-- hepatitis B
-- varicella
-- pneumococcal and
-- influenza.

I only had 3 shots of vaccines ; Tetanus, Hep B, Influenza. And 2 oral drops for Polio.

My husband was required to take three vaccinations: MMR (Mumps, Measles, Rubella), Varicella and Tetanus. MMR and Varicella have TWO doses, each several weeks apart. Better to get them BOTH done in India because they are less expensive there. Get the doctor in India to give you proof (they will stick on the vaccination lable from the package). My husband had no problem showing the receipt from India to the USCIS-certified civil surgeon here, who filled out the paperwork for $30 and that is what we sent in as required for AOS.

If there is no proof of vaccinations done in India, you may have to get the injections again here in USA.

i had 3 of them. even i did nt show them any previous recors.
u dont need to worry about that. they r expert in this. this is everyday's work for them. so go there and get it done.

no need to think abt how many and all this..
