Today i have received an email from USCIS saying that my I-129F petition has been approved and a notice has been sent to me on 22nd June 2007. laughing.gif laughing.gif laughing.gif laughing.gif laughing.gif

At least you received your NOA2 hard copy back in May, when your petition was actually approved. I never received anything....only phone confirmation that we were approved back on 5/16/07....until a few days ago. I received the email w/ an approval on 06/20/2007. Until then, according to USCIS website my case was still "pending". Go figure. wacko.gif

its nice to see that you guys have moved to AOS/EAD phase. good luck for the coming up stages.

i'm an ardent fan of your posts , coz they are so informative and at times stress busters. Incidentally my case processing is running in similar lines as yours , like RFE, consulate assigned, packet 4 etc.s..

pls keep posting messages about your AOS/EAD processing and its updates.
