Today i have received an email from USCIS saying that my I-129F petition has been approved and a notice has been sent to me on 22nd June 2007.

At least you received your NOA2 hard copy back in May, when your petition was actually approved. I never received anything....only phone confirmation that we were approved back on 5/16/07....until a few days ago. I received the email w/ an approval on 06/20/2007. Until then, according to USCIS website my case was still "pending". Go figure.

i'm an ardent fan of your posts , coz they are so informative and at times stress busters. Incidentally my case processing is running in similar lines as yours , like RFE, consulate assigned, packet 4 etc.s..
