HI.
I'm the applicant in my case and I just recieved a letter from the NVC called checklist.they said : they are still waiting for the immigrant visa fee.please submit the fee to the NVC.
well the problem is I already sent the fee bill and I checked the case status and it shows that they recieved it.but I think this letter was sent before they got the fee payment.
now I'm wondering what should I do.shoul I just ignore this letter since they got the payment or what ?

It would probably be better is your SO called the NVC to see what was needed and to make sure that what you see is what they have on file.

There are many different department that handle your case at the NVC so the one that received the fee might just be slow to communicate to the one sending the checklist.
Call NVC and talk to an operator, all the information is in their system. I had the same problem when I dealt with them. I had already sent DS230 and received a checklist saying I still need to submit it.
A simple call to NVC verified that I had submitted everything and my papers were ready to be sent on!

call the nvc with the case number and ask if they received the payment .
