I have send UPS to NVC ATT CMR 32 ROCHESTER AVE, PORTSMOUTH NH 03801-2901.



But when i track UPS website it shows they have deliverd to NEWINGTON, NH IS that same am i having some confusing or they screwed it up?????????????////

As long as you put the right address, I don't think that there is any reason to worry. You should confirm with UPS that they delivered to the right address. The Newington, NH maybe the place where the UPS shipments arrive before they are delivered by truck to the Portsmouth address. Perhaps, someone else who sent their I-864 through UPS can provide you more information.

Yes, definitely confirm with UPS to find out if they are the same city. They could be though, for example I live in Highlands Ranch, CO and a lot of times the post office writes my city as Littleton, CO, but I still get all my mail.

You don't need to worry about anything. Sometimes, the packages do go to the final destination via few stops. I think, NEWINGTON, NH is the last stop before Portsmouth.
