hi

my fiancee filed k1-visa for me at the end of last november they told us many times they need more evidence and they will give us a response during 60 days

the last evidence we produced was at 17th of last april we didn't get any answer from the USCIS till my fiancee called the customer services 2 days ago to ask about our case

they told him they don't need more evidence and oyr case is in process and not denied

is that mean they accepted our case ?

and if so how long it will take over their in usa to send it to my country?

please tell me I'm so worry?

it sounds like a good thing since they said it was not denied.

i would give it a week or two and call back and see if it has been send to your country yet.

good luck.

The response means your case is in process... neither approved nor denied....

Safe to travel to Syria? Yeah, but as a USC, you have to be cautious.

Although I might suggest finding a third country to meet in.

Yes and Yes.. They are working on the case but its not been approved yet from what you've written. When it is approved they will send it to NVC and then on to your country.
samar470
how long time approximately do we have to waite till getting approved on my case and sending it to NVC apparoximately ?

pls help me

That's a great Question Samar. I think we get the point. However, you might want to fill in a timeline with the correct dates, country of origin, and Service Center first. Also, don't forget to list the dates of these RFE(s) you have been referring to.
msu17
good.gif That's the 64000$ question... None of us know when we'll be approved, when it will be sent to NVC and when NVC will send it off. There are averages but nothing more certain. For me it took 90ish days for approval (from Cali), no RFE, 2 weeks to be transfered to NVC, 2 days there (very short) and a little under a week to reach London. Fill in your timeline and you'll get an estimated approval date at the bottom plus it will help us when answering your questions.

Yes, if you fill in all your timeline details, then we can see what you are talking about.

I hope you photos were not on the CD with your video. The CD will not be accepted by the USCIS as evidence, as they do not accept evidence that is on any magnetic or similar media...
samar470
yes the photoes are not on the cd

the cd contains only our engagement cermony
