Full Version: Listing Children on the I-751

Do we list the names of children born after our marriage on the I-751? On the form on Part 5, it says: Information about your children. List all your children. But in the instructions it says: In Part 5 of this petition, please make sure to include any conditional resident children applying with you in order to have their conditional basis removed, or they may file separately.

My daughter was born in the US after our marriage. Do I enter her name or not? So confusing. blink.gif

Even if my daughter is already a US Citizen and NO conditions to remove for her? If that is the case, the instructions should be more clear.

List all children is what it says.... even if they dont live with you or are USC.... I have to list my 2 children even though they are both over 21 and live in the UK.....

WHen they say list all your children, you list ALL of your children.

stan_chow,

What is confusing about the word "all"?

There is no conflict between the form and the instruction.

I guess you're right, thanks. I'm not confuse about the word "all" at all. I'm more confused about " please make sure to include any conditional resident children applying with you in order to have their conditional basis removed, or they may file separately" but my daughter is not a conditional child. She was born in the US after our marriage. But I guess there may be some instances where this may not be applicable to others.
