List all children is what it says.... even if they dont live with you or are USC.... I have to list my 2 children even though they are both over 21 and live in the UK.....

I'm more confused about " please make sure to include any conditional resident children applying with you in order to have their conditional basis removed, or they may file separately" but my daughter is not a conditional child. She was born in the US after our marriage. But I guess there may be some instances where this may not be applicable to others.
