I called NVC today automated recording said a pakcage is been generated on june 11 which contains some documetns but doesnt say if its DS-230 or what? I have already send my I-864. What i should do next. I have already told my wife in india to fill out ds-230 sign it and send me fastest service possible to be ready ahead of time please some one tell me. wha ti need?
Did they say what package? If you sent in the I-864 form, I assume you already received and paid the Affidavit of support bill ($70). Did you receve and pay the IV Bill? If so, chances are it's the DS230 package.

what else? please help on this Am i suppose to submitting these above documents along with DS-230 if yes then What part my wife is suppose to fill out on DS230 Part1 or Part2????? Does she need to fill these forms again. I am quie confused now
It depends. Due to new rules there two different requirements depending on the country. Click on the expected city your wife's visa application will be processed. If it says STANDARD processing, it is just Part I and a NON-NOTARIZED copy of her biographic page of her passport. If it is APPOINTMENT, then you will need to submit Part II with additional docs.
Per Jame's:
To find out whether NVC is now requiring more for your country, go to http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3176.html Select your embassy post from the drop-down menu and click on Request Instructions. On the page you are "directed" to, click on "Download all the immigrant visa instructions on [Standard/Appointment] NVC Processing Post]." If your embassy/country is Standard, you still only have to send in the passport bio page with the DS-230 Part I. If Appointment, however, read the instructions carefully and note that you will have to send in both DS-203 Parts I and II as well as a bunch of additional docs such as birth, marriage, divorce, and police certificates, all of which must be translated into English for the NVC. (Hence, the need for starting early to round these things up!) QUOTE
and one more things I heard some ppl said you turn in some sort of fee and documens to ur local VFS center in india? now my wife is in chandigarh when she will pay this fee and how do we know this ????????????
Not sure what you are referring to. My guess is that the documents she needs to give would be the same ones you listed above IF you are just submitting the DS230 part I. Once again, check the link in Jame's post I copied above to see what the requirements are.
